“Respecting Mom’s”

This week’s word of the week is,” respecting Mom’s.” At Bobby Lawrence Karate we teach respect and in class you say to our instructors, ”Yes sir and Yes ma am.” My question to you is, are you sure your saying,” yes ma am,” to mom?
She deserves your respect more than our instructors. Why? Remember she loves you and does everything for you.

I want you to make a pledge to yourself that starting today you will make sure to treat mom with respect by, saying yes or no ma am when she asks you a question, by keeping your room clean, finishing your chores and homework without being asked and doing little things for her that would make her life easier.

Let us not do this on one day out of the year, but let us make this a way of life.
