Family Activities & Reminders
This week’s activity is to review at home this week’s “Word of the Week,” and be prepared to discuss it this week in class.
On non-class days, younger students should practice at least 10 minutes per day. (Adults – practice for 30 minutes).
• Review your goals for your next belt.
• Make a commitment to “Black Belt Excellence” in everything you do. Black Belt Excellence is doing the best you can at everything you do.
• Discuss the Word of the Week, sharing any thoughts and experiences that will be meaningful to your child.
